how does it work? Your session takes place on a futon-like mat in the dedicated, private setting of Colleen’s home-studio. Each session uniquely evolves from your intentions for personal growth based on what’s happening in your mind, your heart, your body and your life. From this launch pad we choose assisted and supported yoga positions that speak specifically to your situation. These yoga postures are simple and serve the purpose of bringing you into a feeling state in your body where you enter deep, compassionate relationship with yourself — a place rich with wisdom and potential! Here we begin to explore, at your chosen pace and depth, your internal experience with breath and dialogue to release to the surface of awareness deeply-held physical and emotional tension. You are then guided through an integration of your insights to create new ways of feeling, believing and being. Colleen skillfully supports your process with abiding respect, compassion and the utmost faith in you.
