About Yoga Satya

Yoga Satya combines two Sanskrit words -- yoga (union or relationship), and satya (truth). Together they mean uniting with the Truth, or coming into relationship with your True Self.

 

Colleen Amsbury, founder of YogaSatya, is a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, with Massage Therapy Licensure in Colorado. She is a Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner and a Certified Advanced Yoga Instructor with 12 years of experience working through a heart-centered approach to vitality of the whole person.

 

Colleen has trained with leading teachers in the United States and India and has integrated a variety of Eastern and Western teachings into her practice. Colleen has provided her services in different cultures around the globe to students and clients of all levels of experience and walks of life. Her elegant guidance enables deeper and easier access to the body-mind connection  and the innate healing potential within. Her warm, calm nature puts one at ease for a rich, fruitful experience in which one can appreciate where he or she is, in the moment, on his or her unique path of continual development.
